Proceed to Registration button not working

The ‘proceed to registration’ button does not work at checkout. The first time that you go through the process it will work. If you go back and try to register for another event it will not work.

I have tried resetting the theme and turning off all plugins including cache plugins and nothing has worked.

Hi Nicole,

Can you check with the host to see if they’re serving the website’s pages from a varnish cache? In this case it wouldn’t be a WordPress caching plugin, varnish is something that’s configured at the server level.

I ran a few tests on the site and it appears that the session isn’t clearing when the Thank You page is loaded up. Normally the session will clear which will allow another registration to start up with a new session.
