We cannot take bookings as Proceed to Finalize Registration does not work. It seems to refresh the page leaving the delegate’s information on page. Bookings will not process. We only use Invoice as the type of payment and have Booking Status set to Approve. Any ideas?

Is this happening on a specific event?
I’ve just run a quick test registration (it’s under my name, you can cancel/remove it if preferred) and didn’t run into any issues.

It was the Captcha, so I have turned it off until after my Conference 26 March.
At last it is working now.

reCaptcha issues are generally from using the wrong reCaptcha version type for the integration method or if it randomly started happening, from the host updating PHP and now longer having allow_url_fopen enabled on the server when using Checkbox reCaptcha.
I you switch to using v2 keys (if you are not already) and use Invisible reCaptcha you can likely re-enable it if preferred.
I can work through that with you if you would like to enable it again?
