problems with e-mail

Hi, I add my email address here:
Eventespresso > general setting > Primary Contact Email > This is where all notifications will go to by default so please make sure it is correct.

But email doesn’t arrive. I try to install WP-Mail-SMTP plugin but the situation doesnt change.

My sistem admin obtain this error: 554 Transaction failed: Duplicate header ‘MIME-Version’

and tell me that the “from” field is empty when we try to send the mail and give that error.

Can you help me?

Can you check the From field in the message template editor and make sure something is input there?

I try to add that code to function php

Hi,
On the mail template I have:

To *: And it is empty, i try to use my mail account
From: [CO_FORMATTED_EMAIL] <– i have that slug, do i need to change this?

You should change that to be either [CO_EMAIL] or put an email address in that field.

Side note: any of the templates that have an empty To: field are set to not send, so you’ll need to make sure you have something there if you want that particular email to send. Then you’ll also need to make sure you have corrected the From: fields in the message templates that you do want to send.
