Problem with registration

Hi,

When someone try to register and confirm the registration, this message appears sometimes:

an-error-occured-the-primary-attendee-could-not-be-found

Any solution?

I need this plugin works always.

Hi Daniele,

Is this using EE3 or EE4?

Your site license is currently linked to your localhost, could you link us to the site so we can view this please?

Any recent updates to EE or other plugins that caused this?

is EE3. No, no-one recent update.

How do I link the license?

Your license key has now been reset.

If you go to your account page. Copy the license. (NOT the ending _FREE)

Then on your site go to Event Espresso -> General Setting. Input you license key and save the settings.

However, if your license is already there, please remove it (cut), save the settings. Replace the key (Paste) and re-save the settings once more.

That will link your license.

If you prefer you could also post a link here and we can take a look, but if you link your license we will not need to ask for it within future threads 🙂

Hi Daniele,

Your license has now been linked to your site.

However I have registered onto 2 events now (Attendee = TonyEETest) with no issues. Is this for a particular event? Can you explain the steps to reproduce?

I see you have made multiple customisations to the sites template files, its hard to say currently but any of those customisations could cause this issue.
