Hi
I’m considering to implement Event Espresson in our website but I have a couple of questions:

1. Pricing. If I but a license do I have to pay $219 each year – or is support included one year?

2. I create events that last two days. Attendees can register to one or both days. I need to be able to register all attendee information on every ticket. If a person orders tickets for a his friend – I need information from both persons.
I have been looking at EE4 and tried the demo but I cannot seem to get it to work? What is the solution?

Hi Brian,

Support licenses are renewed on an annual basis. There is a loyalty discount for renewals starting at 25% for personal support licenses and it increases for other support licenses.

Event Espresso 4 allows you to collect registration for both the primary registrant and additional attendees.

This is done by placing a checkmark in the question groups for the additional attendee in the event editor.

What issues did you have with the demo site?

Is there an existing event that you are viewing on the demo site?

About the support license:

I’m still not quite sure about the renewal issue.

Do I have to renew the subscription every year to be able to use the plugin or is the renewal for access to support and updates?

Hi Brian,

The licence is for one years worth of support and plugin updates.

If the licence is not renewed the plugin will still function.

However, you will not receive any more support, feature updates or bug fixes until you renew/purchase a new licence.

We do recommend keeping a valid licence, not just because we obviously earn money from it, but also because that way you will continue to get support, the latest features plus making sure the plugin stays in tip top condition (we recommend that you keep all your plugins, theme and WordPress up to date to reduce security issues).

It is possible that in the future WordPress itself will change and render the plugin inoperable, but we have only seen this occur once, a year or so ago when they changed how a single function worked. However, WordPress does generally try to stay backward compatible when possible.
