Hi I am newer to wordpress. I am working with WordPress 3.7.1. on a hosted server. I haven’t installed event espresso yet as I am not sure if it can meet my needs. (i have already gone through 6 installs of other products only to find they can’t meet my needs, so I am asking before installing now).

1. I work with a church sponsored summer camp and we only need to book one event/date a year. We run a one week camp that about 20 churches send kids to. Average church sends 2-6 counselors, 2 staff members and 20-60 students.
2. We are looking for a solution that would allow a church to register their church as a whole (for example Church A is taking 2 counselors, one staff member and 10 students) and then register individual attendees as well (each counselor, staff member and student/parent can input their personal info).
3. We would love to have the ability for each church group to input their church specific data and after they have done that they can then give a code to their individual attendees so that the group account and individual accounts are linked.
4. then the individual attendees can input that code which would link them to their church. Individuals could then input their personal contact info plus health info (ie ER contact info, medication needs, allergies, etc).
5. We also want each church manager/contact person to be able to see each individual attenders submitted info (to ensure info is complete) as well as the ability to add or make changes to individual info.
6. We would also like to be able to differentiate between camper, counselors, staff and church contact manager.

ultimately we need the flexibility to allow individuals to input data, link individual accounts to group/church and church managers to add or modify data.

Is this application capable of doing this? can it be done with the free or personal version?
