Plugin Purchased but did not get confirmation email

HI,

This is Steve from ITHands.
We recently ordered the Business License for the plugin and made payment. But somehow we did not get any confirmation link and do not know how to download the plugin and our license keys. It’s been about 48 hours now since we made order..
I’m not sure how to contact EventEspresso via Phone as I cant see any phone number listed here. I have already sent email via contact form but still waiting to hear on this!

If someone has idea on how to immediately contact them, please let me know. I have to start on the development but still not able to get the plugin, which I ordered.

Hi Steve,

I’m sorry for the trouble. You can download the plugins and get the support license key from your account page while you’re logged in to eventespresso.com with the account you posted this thread from.
