We are confused. Why did we purchase the latest version if we can’t even use it with the ticketing plugin? Are you serious? Why would you release a product without having all of the plugins working with it? Makes no sense and now we are screwed. We have version 4 but need the ticketing plugin with the ability to print custom tickets for multiple clients, be able to add a bar code and (if possible) also be able to show ticket on their cellphone. Can someone please help me sort through this and what I need to do to get what our business needs. Very frustrated.
