PHP Error on General Settings > Countries

Hi there,

Wordpress 4.1, EventEspresso 4.6.9.p, no Add-ons yet installed. Brand new Installation.

Out of the box with the TwentyFifteen theme I have a PHP warning on the Countries page. See Screenshot – http://i.imgur.com/GFvbqAL.png

The select Country is I believe meant to be a dropdown menu but it is rendering as a text input. There are no javascript errors in Chrome Inspector.

Any ideas?
