Are they using the same slug with the EE?
can you send us private message of the URL where you see the problem?

No, they are not using same slugs. Here is screenshot of whole page while in a Formidable Form. You can see the URL, etc.

Hi there,
So you’ve mentioned you see messages both at the top and bottom of the page, is the message shown in the screenshot the only message shown or are there others?
The “Online event registration and ticketing powered by Event Espresso” message added by EE hooking into the wp core hook admin_footer_text and then added to that, which means the plugin above is running that hook and basically choosing to display anything hooking into it.
You can remove EE’s text from that hook using a snippet:
