Personal Information Question Group

When multiple tickets are purchased for an event, I’d like to ask <first Name, Last Name, Email, Address> for the primary participant and only <first name, last name> for all subsequent ones. The Personal Information group is locked and I can’t disable asking email address for other participants. Anyway to accomplish this?

Hello,

The Personal Information question group is locked to those system questions. While you can add new questions to the group, you can’t disable any of the system questions.
