None of my other administrator or event admins can read from existing questions groups or event staff speaker options even if I add that user to the administrator group which has all 100 capabilities. The only user that can see these options when creating an event is my original admin user. This is what those boxes are saying when trying to crate an event under one of these other admin accounts.

Event Questions for Additional Attendees AND Event Questions for Primary Attendee both say the following event though questions and question groups already exist:
Add a pre-populated group of questions to your event. The personal information group is required for all events.
There seems to be a problem with your questions. Please contact support@eventespresso.com

EVENT/ STAFF SPEAKERS
Please add at least one person.
(A couple already exist)

Also the Email Confirmations box display as though there are not templates to choose from when there are.

Hello Emoria,

Yes we are aware of this. Currently there is no quick fix for it, but it has been raised with the developers who will be looking into the issue.

As it stands each user will have to duplicate the questions/question groups manually.

We know this isn’t the best option, and we are looking at options to make it much easier to share/edit questions.

Will disabling the roles and permissions plugin solve this temporarily?

Hi

No, deactivating the plugin won’t solve the issue. It is an issue within the core plugin. I can assure you though that the developers are definitely looking into this, I just can’t advise a time scale as to when it will be resolved.

Actually, sorry to contradict Dean here, but, yes, disabling Permissions will bring your questions back. I suspect the email templates are a related issue (your user doesn’t have access to those templates).

I appreciate the update and I’m looking forward to teting however at the current time I would like to keep the site as stable as possible as I have not yet setup a sandbox/. I will plan to update and test in about a week or so.

Was the update that was going to be out on Monday been delayed? I can’t find it anywhere and My registration Details still are not up. This is killing my registrations and so help would be appreciated!

Hi everyone!

Sorry for the delay. Our developers have been working hard to fix this issue. During testing of the R&P Addon over this past weekend, the version were going to release, we found some major bugs and had to start from scratch with the fix. I am going to try and test the latest fix, that was just completed a few hours ago, in the morning.

If everything goes well. We will release the update.
