Hi guys
I had hoped this issue was corrected with the recent upgrade of your permissions plugin, but I thought I should let you know that it has not. Fortunately, de-activating the plug-in resolved everything. When I activated the plug-in two things happened:
- For previously created events: Group Questions, including the personal information group questions did not load properly on the registration page. When the event was reviewed in edit view, only the displayed group question was shown, and you could not access the other questions. It looks like the group question chosen by EE was random.
- When I tried to create an event, I saw the following message “There seems to be a problem with your questions”. No questions were displayed for selection.
We are a not-for-profit sport organization and are using EE for online coaching clinic and training camp registrations and payment. It is a great product, but we really want to limit our coordinator’s website permissions to EE. Please let me know when you solve this and release a new version of the plug-in.

Hello,
I noticed that you are running version 3.1.25.P, please upgrade to the latest version and that should resolve this.
If for some reason it does not resolve it, please let us know, and we will happily investigate this further.

Hi Wendy,
You’ll need to update to the latest version in order to get the bug fix that resolves this issue. The current version of Event Espresso as of this writing is 3.1.27.1. This is the version that can be downloaded from your account page. Update directions can be followed here:

Will do the upgrade. Just so you know, we did not receive the notice of the upgrade through the dashboard as we do for other plug-ins.
