Is there a way to permanently delete the following?:
1) Registrations => Contact List. During testing there have been many, many contacts created. I’ve deleted them, but there doesn’t appear to be an option or a way to permanently delete them.??
2) Questions with Dropdowns (I’m getting message that says: This Question is currently linked to one or more Question Option records. If this Question is incorrect, then please remove it from all Question Options before attempting to delete it.) So, how do I remove it from “Question Options” – I’ve attempted to change the type to text and remove the options from the list, but it still won’t let me delete it permanently without getting that message.?

Hello,
If you can’t delete a contact, then its likely that the contact is on a current registration or several registrations.
A contact can be deleted only after all associated registrations have been removed.
This safeguard also applies to questions in question groups. You are probably seeing a lock which means there are registrations using these questions:

Similar to releasing the contacts, you would need to remove the registrations before being able to delete the questions.
