Pending Payment Registrations Mijireh (Realex Payments)

I am getting a good few pending payments and yet when I check Realex (via Mijireh) I have received a payment from the customer. This is creating confusion as when I need to contact people who have registered I can miss the pending customers.
What are the causes of pending payments? I see one hasn’t filled out her address. Would this cause it?

Hi Philip,

So the registration status for those registrations stays as Pending Payment?

What is the status of the Transaction for that registration?

Can you see a payment if you view the transaction, like this – http://take.ms/600Um

If so what is the status of the payment?

Are you running caching or security plugins?

Mijireh usually does not allow you to continue payment without a billing address, however this may also be dependent on the merchant in use through Mijireh.

**Sorry for all the questions, just trying to narrow this down a little.
