PDF Images

Hello!
I recently switched my site to a new server and new domain. The images on the PDF receipt are not showing (with the exception of the logo). The images are just showing the image locations on the server and I noticed that the domain is the old domain. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Chris,

Which images are you referring to? The icons? When you switched your site to the new server with the new domain, was the database run through a find a replace script to change URLs to point to the new server and domain?

Hi Chris,

Have you modified any of the Invoice/Receipt templates at all?

If not the easiest way to fix those is to ‘reset’ the templates so that EE will rebuild the templates and add the images using the new domain.

Go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default Message Template -> Invoice -> Purchaser.

Hit ‘Reset templates’ within tat messenger – http://take.ms/nl8t2

Then repeat the same steps for Receipt.

Note that the Reset button deletes the current version of the messenger you select it within and rebuilds it from the EE defaults. You’ll lose any changes made to the messenger your reset.
