PDF Download gives 500 Internal Server Error

I’m getting “500 Internal Server Error” when clicking the ‘Download PDF’ button on a transaction invoice/receipt. This seem similar to what is described in this unresolved problem:

I’ve followed the steps to enabled debugging (both file and screen), but did not get any further information. Please advise.

Hi Martin,

500 Internal Server Error is a fatal error thrown on the server site, but we need the ‘full’ error to know what is causing it.

Have you checked the servers error logs to see if any errors who up there when you try to download a PDF?

Can you link me to the Invoice/Receipt for a test registration, or an event I can run a test registration so I can view this?
