Hello, we are having major issues getting payments for events working properly on our site. They are not actually working at all. We the ‘PayPal Standard’ set up with all the right info. When a user submits payment through paypal they then return to the site and there is the receipt but on the page it says incomplete and pending too. Then when I check it in the backend it also says payment incomplete and registration is pending even though the payment went through. See attached screenshots. This is not good, especially since we have an open event and no one can get a payment to go through in event espresso. Therefore they never receive and email with the event registration confirmation. The only email they are receiving is to set up their wordpress user password. Please help. Thank you Also, I looked at some other threads with users having similar issues so set up the IPN and messages but still having the same problems.
