Paypal sandbox attendees show as incomplete status?

I was hoping to check out the data from event attendees csv export. I created some events, set up my paypal sandbox test account, and registered for some classes. Unfortunately, sandbox payments show up as incomplete / unpaid in the attendee list. Which means I can’t sort by attendees or export attendees. They aren’t quite attendees yet, it appears.

Anyone know if there’s a solution for this?

Hello,

From time to time, there are some issues with the sandbox services from PayPal.

Are you seeing the same issue if you test with a live transaction (instead of the sandbox)?

hi Lorenzo,
No, event real transactions seem to show as incomplete.
Thoughts?

Not sure if it’s relevant, but I just just set up the paypal account for testing this.

If this is a new PayPal account, then please verify (https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=p/acc/seal-CA-unconfirmed-outside
) it with PayPal and then setup the IPN:
