Paypal Pro Setup

EE4. My clients can’t pay with paypal pro. I set it up and tested it in sandbox. It looked like it worked, but clients can’t get through. I see the error message “This transaction cannot be processed due to an invalid merchant configuration.”
Can you please help?

Hi,

Do you have a PayPal Pro account or a standard PayPal account?
(There is a monthly fee for PayPal Pro from PayPal themselves)

Hi Tony,
I thought I set up the pro. But just now realized it did not go through. Was not aware that is costs as well. Now I look into the Mijireh option.
