PayPal accept the payment &
We are redirected to:
http://unikatours.com/thank-you/?e_reg_url_link=1-c8b28318ddbb311c0f5ab40e073d8f95&tx=0LB99958X07649432&st=Completed&amt=1%2e00&cc=CAD&cm=&item_number=
But it shows as pending
Status: Failed

Do you have the PayPal IPN running? If so, please take a look at the troubleshooting section towards the end of this page:

Are you using PayPal IPN:

Also, it looks like your registration status has updated from pending to approved.

Still doesn’t work!
Let me specified again, that we are running Version 4.1.9.1.reg
PayPal Standard

We have:
IPN is turned on
Our account is verified
We have a standard PayPal account
Our Transactions page is visible to the internet
http://unikatours.com/transactions/

I have tried to upload your txnpage template
But to be honnest your instructions quite simple are kind of vague
1) Upload this file to your theme

What do you mean by theme?

I have tried to upload the file to:
My Childtheme with no luck
and more importantly is this file for Version 4.1.9.1.reg anyway?

It was working when People had to click on the link to be redirected to the website, it’s only since we’ve have inmplemented the IPN

My client Nicolas Landry is loosing patience.

Q1. Do you think we would have the same problem with Version 3?
Q2. Can you switch his license to version 3, since EE4 doesn’t worked!

I never tought that I would have spent 2 weeks on a plugin, can you imagine the bill that I am going to send to him for for something that doesn’t work…
