PayPal Payments Pro Shipping Address

We are using EE4 and PayPal Payments Pro.

EE4 is not sending the shipping address to PayPal.

Need Help Please

Hi Chris,
The billing form isn’t capturing a shipping address, it’s a Billing address only, so I’m not sure how it could send a shipping address to PayPal without first capturing the Shipping address. Or are you looking to make sure it sends along the billing address?

Hi Josh,

When we were using EE3, the customer’s address was being transmitted to PayPal. We use this address to ship the student their textbook. Once we switched to EE4, the address is not being transmitted to PayPal. We need to have the students address transmit to PayPal please.

Hi Chris,

You can capture the address on the registration form, or use the PayPal Payflow Pro gateway instead of the bundled PayPal Pro gateway.
