Paypal payments not being marked complete

We’ve used EE3 for years with the same Paypal setup. Suddenly a while back the registrations paid with Paypal were not being marked paid. We are updated to latest version. Any ideas? Thanks

Hi Brenda,

If nothing changed on your WordPress site (new or updated plugins, etc) you could check with your host to see if they’ve made any changes to the firewall that could potentially block PayPal. There’s a troubleshooting guide for PayPal that you can follow as well.
