Could I please have some instructions on how to activate/ setup Paypal’s ‘Pay in 4’ payment service?

Hi there,
Which PayPal payment method are you currently using?
We don’t have an option to enabled PayPal PayLater functions currently but I can check into it.

Currently using PayPal express but the option to use the older PayPal payment is there in settings.

I checked into this and the current PayPal Express checkout integration does not support the PayLater options.
The next version of Event Espresso (EE5) includes an integration with PayPal Commerce (their latest integration method) which does support those options.
EE5 is currently on a phased release cycle which pushes the update out to smaller numbers of customers each time, we’ve don’t this to help make the update work as smoothly as we can.
I can add your account to make sure it’s included in the next batch of updates if you’d like?
