If more then one ticket is purchased, the paypal confirmation email has the Red Code in it: “Payment of 12.01 for 1168-101-1-b13df9” instead of the ticket name and event name, which is what we see when only one ticket is purchased: “Sunday Children 4-17 for Laurita Ice Sculpture Festival!”

Hi Jason, I took a look at the payment gateway and the area that handles that is related to processing a partial payment via PayPal.
I’ve asked a developer about this and I’ll update this support post once I have more information available.

Hi, this occurs when a question group is requested for additional attendees. For a temporary workaround, you could request only the primary attendees information until we have a fix available.
