PayPal Item description is no longer the Ticket and Event Name

Hi,

In PayPal the Item description is now displayed as “Payment of ### for [a series of numbers]” instead of the Ticket and Event Name. Any ideas why?

Hi Ryan,

This will happen if a promotion code was applied to the order. There’s a fix for this in testing and the goal is to include the fix in a future update.
