Paypal issue – substitution needed!

I contacted PayPal authorities and check the security issues which makes you to not use Mastercard. You have to also check the authority of the site, which created the issue. While searching for this fault in google, I came to know that PayPal’s security block some dating websites from the transactions and this is the same in the case of Versapay, which is another payment gateway/service provider. So I guess it might be the issue with the website.
