PayPal has processed payments but Event Espresso still says incomplete

We’re knocking our heads against a wall over here. We have EE configured and PayPal working for payment (the client has no other payment options), but even though a site user registers for an event and pays for it (and funds are transferred), EE still says “incomplete” in the manager. Can anyone PLEASE help with this? We have the PayPal IPN option enabled and we can see a page and transaction IDs show as being reported. Please help!

Hi Susan,

What is the URL of the page set as the Notify URL page in Event Espresso>General Settings under Page settings?

Also, which non-EE plugins are installed on this site?
