Paypal Gateway not working

We run one event per year and are getting ready a May conference. In testing we have found our paypal gateway seems not to work. When we run a live test (no sandbox) it just returns to the Event Registration page and fails to go to the payment page. I read something about reseting old files but have no idea what that means or where to access them. We are up to date with everything and have recently installed the Multiple Events and volume discount features. Help. mholmes@bym.org

Hi Mike,

This may be a clue to why things are not working. It’s being printed in the source of the site that’s linked to your account:

Another thing to check is go to Event Espresso>System status and make sure all the pages listed there have the correct shortcodes on them. The documentation lists out each of those pages and the shortcodes they need to have on them:
