Can you send private message and tell us the site URL and event so we can test it.

can you also tell us your site information, such as PHP version, WP version.

We will also try to recreate this issue from our end.

thanks

I should clarify, what is the country and currency of the PayPal account processing payments? E.g. United States, USD or Canada, CAD?

HI, we are working with PayPal to understand what is happening for you. PayPal is asking for your:

– merchant IDs
– PayPal email addresses
– and website

Then they will be able to confirm what’s happening.

Can you provide that information in a private reply?

Here’s how to locate your secure merchant ID:

– Go to your Account Settings.
– Click Business information under “Business profile.”
– You’ll find your ID next to “PayPal Merchant ID.”

I’m not presented with that step when I authenticate to PayPal, so I’m not sure what you’re supposed to do there. All you’re trying to do is connect your PayPal account to your website, not necessarily choose an integration type because the integration is already done with Event Espresso

But, after going through the onboarding again, did you get your site connected to PayPal Commerce?
