Payments Suddenly Refunding

Hey Guys!

Not sure why all of a sudden, recent transactions are processing and then refunding automatically. Everything is updated and still using PayPal.

Hi Tammy,

You’ll need to contact PayPal support and ask them to look into the automatic refunds. Event Espresso actually doesn’t have a way to initiate a refund via PayPal.

I found the issue. It was a setting when we created the event. Thank you!
