Payment Status Not Updating When Paid Through PayPal

Hello!

We are having trouble with the payment status not being updated when the user pays trough PayPal. This *was* working as expected until about a year ago and unexpectedly stopped. Now are are unable to see how many paid attendees are registered for an event, until we go into our PayPal account and manually match up the name and then manually update the payment status.

Hi Todd,

Can you check within your PayPal account and make sure that IPN’s are still enabled please?

Check through the ‘PayPal settings’ section here:

Then the section below for ‘PayPal button language encoding’.

If you look within a recent registration and check the ticket pricing options, are the total amount and total amount owing values correct – http://take.ms/Qb24Z
