Payment received and Tracked but Listed as "abandoned"

Just wondering the reasons this may occur, for troubleshooting.
A person registered 4 tickets. Payment was received. Looking at their record it says it was received and the transaction number was tracked etc. But they are not in the export list because their status is “abandoned”.

Any ideas?

Which payment method did the user user for this?

We only have Paypal as an option.

I’m assuming PayPal Standard?

Did the registration itself update to Approved or did the registration remain ‘Pending Payment’?

DO you have auto return enabled within your PayPal account?
