Hi

I have been trying to sort out outstanding payments and there are some weird ones on the system.

Please see the two print screens below. I saw that a client has paid for 2 girls through paypal but if you look at the registration screen below it shows them as unpaid. When I try to mark them as paid, it adds a duplicate transaction and says they have overpaid. Please help? Thanks.

Hi

Adding and removing a payment (due to it saying overpaid) has now resulted in these transactions now showing as paid but it says they have paid £0.

So basically both the registrations said unpaid but yet they had both paid by paypal. This is an ongoing problem not resolved by the memory upgrade.

Thanks
Joe

Hello,

Could you upload the images to a service (https://eventespresso.com/wiki/troubleshooting-checklist/#screenshots) like Cloudapp or Tinygrab and then post the links here?

Also, what version of Event Espresso are you currently running?

Hi,

Are you running the latest version of Event Espresso 4?

If not, then could you please backup your site and upgrade?

Ok, I’ve done that. The site now says it’s in maintebance mode. What does that mean?

Before going further make sure you have a backup of the database (just to be safe)

Now go to Event Espresso -> Maintenance – http://take.ms/GUXL6

You will see the option to migrate Event Espresso, click to migrate your data and follow the on screen instructions – http://take.ms/4rY95

(Be sure you click the correct button, clicking the other will remove all of your event data and registrations from EE and start fresh)

Once complete you will be running the latest version of EE.

Hi

We are still experiencing problems. Customers are emailing to say they are unable to book. They are reporting that the site is saying it is in maintenance mode. I cannot replicate the problem, so am unable to offer advice. Can you give any advice on this? This is now urgent. Thanks.

Joe

Hello,

You posted a similar reply to your other support post so I shared feedback there:

Did you complete the migration as Tony suggested?
