Payment page problem (2)

For several day I didn’t have any registration and finally one of the client called and said that he had problem registering. I tried to register for one of our workshops and notice these issues:
If you select to pay by credit card, everything goes fine and at the end the ticket status is on pending and neither admin nor clients get any notification. the money does not transfer.
If you select Paypal again everything is greyed out and you can not select any payment option

PLEASE HELP as site is live and deadline for some tickets are as close as March 28

Hi Ted, what payment processor are you using for card payments?

Also, is your software up to date?

Thank you Lorenzo, I use Mijerh gateway and it was working very good till before the last 2 EE updates and my software is 4.6.17. Please help

Hi, are you using or were you recently using any caching services or are you using a web host that offers built-in caching services?

No I don’t use any caching plugin and as far as I know the hosting company does not use them neither I can ask them to be sure.

Who is the host?

Also, I removed the password and URL that was shared. Does the password work for you?

Thank you so much. The host is a private company in Vancouver BC Canada. Triple I Web Solutions. The password works for me, first letter is in Capital. I just checked the website again and everything seems to work just fine!!!!

I figured it out. There was an extra number at the end of the password.

Hi, I didn’t spot any errors while completing a registration (test via Chauncey Ryan). However, I did notice that the transition from step 1 to step 2 in registration checkout took longer that expected.

Are you using any redirection plugins?

Hi Ted, could you try briefly testing with only Event Espresso running to see if the registration process speeds up?

I did not see any errors but I did notice that it takes some time to load the next step in the registration checkout page.

Hi, I would check with your web host to see if they have some options for a faster server.
