Payment notification generation failure

Hello,
We are getting the following error message:

The following errors have occurred:
The email did not send successfully.
The WordPress wp_mail function is used for sending mails but does not give any useful information when an email fails to send.
It is possible the “to” address (ianandstella99@gmail.comwtwg@outlook.com) or “from” address (hello@wildlingsforestschool.com) is invalid.

The payment notification generation failed.

There seems to be an issue where two email addresses are not being separated and thus causing an error in sending the email.

This happens when we manually input payment for bank draft and trigger payment notifications only.

Thanks,
Vicci

Hi Vicci,

Event Espresso does not send emails to multiple email address by default, has the Payment Received template been edited to include multiple email address?

If you go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default message templates -> Payment Received -> Primary Registrant

(Make sure you are editing the correct context, see: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/messages-system-working-with-message-contexts/)

What does it have in the ‘To’ field of that message? This is how it should look by default – http://take.ms/TvCNN
