Payment Links not visible or working

When a client recieves a pdf the link does not work. When we send them a Payment Reminder it doesn’t send them anywhere. I have reviewed forums but they are referring to pages in EE that I don’t even see. This is what they receive

Hi Melanie,

You may need to make sure that you are logged in as an admin in order to see the page I’m going to refer to. Once logged in as admin, you can go to Event Espresso > General Settings and check that the “Show payment options for “Pending Payments” on the Payment Overview page?” is set to Yes then save the options.

After that, it would also be good to double-check the Thank You page and make sure that it has the [ESPRESSO_PAYMENTS] shortcode in the page content.
