Payment gateways are not configurable

Hi there.
We’ve just bought EventEspresso v4, but we are totally unable to configure payment gateways. They’re showing up blank page from the administration panel, as you can see from this screenshot: https://www.dropbox.com/s/8jo3lp4bzarcyba/event-espresso.jpg

We’ve already tried to uninstall and reinstall, with no success. Any other idea?

Hi,

In Chrome please right click on the page and press inspect element, then go to the Console part and see if there are any errors showing – http://take.ms/IRYVY

Hi Dean. We tried, the box is clean. No errors showing up in the JS console.

If you could re-install and then if the problem persists send me log in details that would be great.

I can do a little troubleshooting and see if I can see the cause. It is likely a plugin conflict (as this is the first we have heard) in which case I can report this to the developers who can work on a fix.

Reinstalling is causing a little bit of stability problems: pages take a lot of time to load and we cannot let it happens on the live and stable website.
I think we’d opt for another event plugin. πŸ™

Sorry to say. Event Espresso is a perfect companion for event management, as we’ve seen from the demo, but we have no time to test and debug on the live site.
We have to move to another solution or find another way to manage our small events.

Do you know where we can request a refund?

Before you do that, can I send you a copy of Event Espresso that has the payment gateways configuration screen issue fixed?

Okay it’s sent. You’ll need to deactivate the old version, remove it, and install the version I sent.

Hi Josh. Thank you for your version. We confirm that now it’s working and we’ve been able to test it live with actual configuration.
We have a little compatibility problem with our template framework..we cannot use template layout builder in the event custom post type.
This is a big issue on http://www.direzioneostinata.it as we already have organized content starting from avia framework.
We’ll try with Kriesi to integrate the page builder, if it will not be possible, we have to move forward to a refund request.

Thanks again for your support, it just confirms our first impression of a great product and team.

Hi Giovanni,

One way that you may be able to use the theme’s custom template builder for an event page is by placing the Event Ticket Selector on a regular page to make it an event page:

[ESPRESSO_TICKET_SELECTOR event_id=”your_event_identifier”]
