Payment gateway and custom fields

I use http://www.techprocess.co.in/ as the payment gateway. Do you support this? Also, can I add custom fields and import/export data freely?

That is not one of the gateways that we currently support. However, we can build a gateway module for it if you or the gateway company are willing to sponsor the development: https://eventespresso.com/product/custom-gateway-development/
All of the 20+ gateways we currently support have been built through sponsored development.
You can add custom questions such as text fields, radio buttons, dropdown selectors, checkboxes, etc. And all event and attendee data can be imported and exported in csv or excel formats.
