Hi,
Sadly, I have yet to complete one full CC transaction since installing EE4 and this is the second ticket I have purchased.
Anyhow, all CC transactions have been declined, including the ones in test mode. A couple of times I received a fatal error mssg (see below). I’ve uninstalled EE4 and re-installed it again to no avail. I am using AIM and everything tests out ok on the Authorize.net side.

Error:
Fatal error: Uncaught exception ‘EE_Error’ with message ‘Could not find a valid primary registration for this transaction’ in /home/content/47/11230647/html/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/core/db_models/EEM_Gateways.model.php:872 Stack trace: #0 /home/content/47/11230647/html/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/core/db_models/EEM_Gateways.model.php(826): EEM_Gateways->_get_return_page_url(Object(EE_Transaction)) #1 /home/content/47/11230647/html/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/modules/single_page_checkout/EED_Single_Page_Checkout.module.php(1574): EEM_Gateways->process_payment_start(Object(EE_Line_Item), Object(EE_Transaction), ”) #2 /home/content/47/11230647/html/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/modules/single_page_checkout/EED_Single_Page_Checkout.module.php(406): EED_Single_Page_Checkout->_process_finalize_registration() #3 [internal function]: EED_Single_Page_Checkout->run(Object(WP_Query)) #4 /home/content/47/11230647/html/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/core/EE_Mod in /home/content/47/11230647/html/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/core/db_models/EEM_Gateways.model.php on line 872

Hello,

We can check into this for you. Is a link available to an event?

BTW: thanks for getting started with troubleshooting by trying a reinstall.

Hello,

Is this an existing Authorizenet account or is it a new account?

Also, could you temporarily switch Authorizenet AIM to use the development/sandbox server in Event Espresso payment settings?

I do want to mention that the development/sandbox server requires test credentials (different than production/live credentials):

https://developer.authorize.net/sandbox/

Can you open up the file plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/core/db_models/EEM_Gateways.model.php and upcomment the three lines before line 872? Lines 866, 867, and 868. Then you should get some debugging output where you were getting that php error before.

If this is a new account, then there may be certain fields on your account page that are automatically set to required. Try turning those off.

For example: company name or phone number

Hi Lorenzo,
I have disabled all mandatory fields except first and last name.
