We are having a lot of call where people are trying to register but cannot. they say the page tells them that the payment cannot be processed please refresh and try again.

ipage (my host) has increased the memory allocated to .php to 128 mb.

I have worked with PayPal pro to verify my SSL is sufficient as they are no longer accepting ssl version 3.0

We have been losing sales for three days now and I need help to correct this!

Thanks

Hi Chris,

Are you getting some successful transactions?

One thing to check for is if there’s an 10764 error code in the transaction history. That’s a PayPal Pro error code which indicates the address and/or the CCV code does not match what’s on file for the credit card.

Support from Paypal found nothing in their logs to suggest a problem. No error codes.

I did set up a $1.00 event to test things but and it worked. but the volume of calls with people telling me they cannot register and from both their home and work computer tells me something is not working

I purchased a premium support token and filled out the form but I don’t know if that submitted it or not.

Hi Chris,

In your original post, you mentioned that this has been ongoing for three days. Can you recall any recent changes to your site at the beginning of the week?

For example, any new plugins added such as a security or caching plugin?

We received your support token form and I sent you an email response.

Hi Lorenzo, Nothing that I can think of, unless a plugin updated. I have not installed a caching plugin.

Josh, I haven’t received an email from you I hope I didn’t misspell it in the form. what was the domain in the email address you sent it to?
