Payment Cancelled Page

I am trying to understand when this page would come into play, and what I would need to say in the email that they are sent via this page.

Hi Sandy,

That is the page that the user is returned to if they cancel the payment at the gateway and is returned to your site. An email is not generated upon returning to that page. However, you can enter text on the Registration Cancelled page if you like. You will just need to leave the [ESPRESSO_CANCELLED] shortcode on that page.
