How do I password protect an event in EE4?

Hi Louis, you can edit the visibility of the event in the top right area of the event editor to make that change.

Here is an example:

Be sure to save changes after editing your event.

Hi Lorenzo,

I don’t have that option. I tried to post a pic, but it wouldn’t let me.

BTW, I’m running the latest version of WP and EE 4.4.3. I did upgrade from EE 3.1.

Hopefully this pic works for you. As you can see, the edit option is missing.

Come to think of it, the visual and text tabs are missing from the post box. Also, the minimize button on the “save new event” block is not working.

Hi,

This could be a plugin conflict. Have you tried testing on defaults with only Event Espresso running?

Great. The one plugin (SEO) I forgot to deactivate was the culprit.

Thanks so much for your help.
