Parent Categories & Shortcodes that love them

If we have an event that is assigned to a sub category (Clay for Kids) – it doesn’t automatically show up in the list of events for the main category (Clay)… is that right?

Hi Shelly,

That’s actually how sub categories work. When an event is assigned to a sub-category, it is not assigned to the parent category. You can assign the same event to both the sub-category and the parent category though.
