Is it possible to have all events show in the Event Overview by default of the admin instead of having the pagination. I know we can filter the listings but is there a way for all events to show at the same time without any pagination at all.

Thanks
Terry

Hi Terry,

It will show up to 100 at a time if you retrieve All events and select the number of entries to show to 100.

Yes this I do know of however my client wants to have all events (in this case 240+) on screen at the same time. Is this possible?

Hi,

Possible yes, but you would have to edit core files which we really don’t recommend.

As well as that, the current system is in place to help speed up the dashboard area. Having all events load may cause the event overview to slow right down.

There are no options to set this, if you must do this, then you would need to edit the dataTable jQuery in /wp-content/plugins/event-espresso/includes/event-management/event_list.php and the max_row data in /wp-content/plugins/event-espresso/includes/event-management/queries.php

This should not be attempted if you don’t have a decent grasp on PHP and jQuery, and bear in mind any modificatiosn to these files will be over written on update and are not supported.

Thanks Dean. I pretty much expected something like this.

No problem, sorry it couldn’t be easier.
