Our event shows as "sold out" but it is not

Our upcoming event shows as “sold out” but it is not sold out. There are tickets still available. We cannot figure out WHY the public is seeing sold out. On admin/back end it shows tickets available. So strange. Please advise.

Can you check if your Event is set as published or it was save as sold out.

You can do that by going to your EE dashboard -> Events -> Open the event that is sold out, even it shouldn’t -> Check the status

If it is sold out but, it shouldn’t be, then change and update the setting.
