Other Participants Email

EE has option to send email to Event Admin and 1 Event attendee but I cant find any way that can send email to my all other participants. I need to send email to all my participants.

Hi Marcio,

Is it that you want to send an email to all of your registrants that isn’t part of the registration emails?

Such as a newsletter or other information important to the event (for example to inform all registrants the venue has changed) is that correct?

If so you’ll need to use the ‘Newsletter’ message type.

Go to Event Espresso -> Events.

Hoever over the event name and click the ‘Registrations’ link for that event – http://take.ms/U86Mp

Select the registrants you wish to send the message to and click send batch email – http://take.ms/yHLAj

You can then create the email and send.

If that what you are looking for?

*Note you will need to send the email in batches to prevent timeouts

Hi Marcio, if the registrant context is enabled, then they’ll receive the notification. You may only have the primary registrant context enabled.

Hi Marcio,

Your screenshots shows that the primary registrant context is disabled but is the registrant context enabled and are you collecting at least a name and an email for each additional registrant/attendee?

Hi Marcio,

The Pending Payment email will ONLY be sent to the primary registrant context (and the Event Admin if Active). They are considered the user that is responsible for managing the payment for the event.

However each Registrant can receive a Registration Approved email when the payment is made and the registration is switched to approved.

Can you explain a little more on exactly what it is you are trying to achieve?
