Once you click to add several items to cart and fill in attendee information it only grabs the first item for payment? HELP PLEASE!!! ๐Ÿ™‚

Hi Amy,

What version of Multiple Event Registration are you using?

Are there any caching plugins active on your site?

Have you done any troubleshooting, such as deactivating other plugins?

I have version 1.0.5 Multi Event Registration and am using EE3 I have the Event Espresso Calendar plug in as well.

You can see how it happens if you add several events to cart then go to pay, it only leaves one event.

Hi Amy,

The issue that you described could be related to a caching plugin. I did not see one running when I checked the page source.

Was one recently running?

If not, could you please try temporarily deactivating all plugins and reactivating Event Espresso & EE addons so we can ensure this isn’t being caused by another plugin?

I tried deactivating and reactivating like suggested and it still does not work. Any other suggestions?

Do I need to buy tokens to get quicker response, working on a deadline. Is the $70 for 1 token?

Hi Amy,

No we shouldn’t need one for this.

Is it possible to get your login details in order to look into this?

If so, please send them via https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/

NOTE: login details need to be Admin level and FTP details are appreciated.

It is still not working, sent email to Tony on the server issue problem, waiting to hear back? Would love to see this working soon considering they are waiting to launch the site until it is done. Thank you!

Paid the $70 for token yesterday and still have not had matter resolved. Please help!!! Would like to have this issue fixed ASAP. If it is something that needs to be done on our server I need more specific information to tell our host. Thank you!
