If registering, not paying, can this be done?
We have about a dozen events per year. Groups sign up. A person signs up her group, for instance, First United Methodist Church of Wideplains, TX, for the event July 19-25 in Tappahannock, VA. Then she adds 15 participants. She doesn’t want to type in the church name exactly the same every time – she needs that to be a drop-down, or to just be the same on each entry.
A week later, she needs to go back in and add T-shirt sizes for 6 of the participants, to delete 2 participants, and to add 4 others.
Can we do this with Event Espresso?
And what if she did pay at some point … can she still go back in to add email addresses or change T-shirt sizes?

Hello, you can edit existing attendee/registrant information in Event Espresso including the names and emails. However, you would be able to remove or add additional registrants/attendees.
