One Domain Message?

Hi we are getting this message on our dashboard:

“You have the correct Support License Key for Event Espresso but your account only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.”

Yet our site is on the domain that is listed on our EE dashboard. Please advise.

Hello,

I’ve just reset your Support License Key. In a few minutes, you’ll receive a confirmation to your email address on your Event Espresso account.

If you are using Event Espresso 4, please login to your WordPress admin and locate Event Espresso in the admin menu. Then click on General Settings. Copy the existing key which appears at the top of the page. Then erase the existing key and click on Save on the right side of the screen. After the page refreshes, please paste your support license key and click on Save once more.

These steps will refresh your Support License Key for Event Espresso.

Hi, this message came back the next day after updating our support key. Please advise.
